This is me and Bandero. My name is Maureen and I was born and raised on Vancouver Island. My husband and I share six gorgeous acres within Qualicum Beach with 6 beautiful cats, 1 dog, several ducks, a large flock of chickens, and a pond full of pretty goldfish and koi. One of my other passions is my gardens. I have over 100 rhododendrons and huge perennial gardens. My husband has the same passion, only he prefers to grow veggies.
I started "Whispurrrer Cat Sitting Service" out of a need to be home more and to truly do something that was more meaningful to me. Most IMPORTANTLY, I am simply Passionate about cats. Anyone who truly knows me knows I just adore cats and never seem to get enough of them. Since I can't adopt all the cats of the world, this is the next best thing. I know how stressed out my cats get, just getting them into a carrier for vet appointments, so shuttling them off to a kennel is just out of the question. You may feel the same way, and that is why I am here to help!
